<h2>How we handle it</h2>
<p>We do not know in advance which carriers accept pets, have an accessible vehicle or do small moves. When we receive your request, our team asks the carriers that might be a fit and replies on WhatsApp with what it has found, or tells you plainly if there is no option. We only share with a carrier the information needed for the trip, and only with your agreement.</p>
<h2>What to put in your request</h2>

<li><strong>Luggage or move</strong>: number of items, rough dimensions and weight, any stairs, whether you need help loading.</li>
<li><strong>Reduced mobility</strong>: whether the wheelchair folds, whether the person can transfer to a seat, whether they travel with a companion.</li>
<li><strong>Pets</strong>: species, size, and whether they travel in a carrier.</li>
<li><strong>Always</strong>: pick-up point, destination, date, time and number of passengers.</li>

<h2>What we know, and what we don't</h2>
<p>According to Rough Guides, guaguas have little room for luggage, so bulky items need a dedicated vehicle. We have found no published rules on carrying boards, bikes or animals in taxis or guaguas, and no reference fares for these services. The price is on request and must state its unit: per vehicle, per person or per hour.</p>

<li>For a move, list what is being carried and check it on arrival.</li>
