Weddings, seminars, retreats, large families or friends with surfboards: when there are many of you, a minibus or several coordinated vehicles make logistics simpler. Tell us the programme and we look for carriers with the capacity you need.

What it is for

Group arrivals and departures at the airport, in one or several vehicles.

Weddings and events: guests between hotels, the ceremony and the reception.

Seminars and retreats with several trips a day.

Group outings around the peninsula: El Limón, Samaná, Las Galeras.

Groups with sports gear: surfboards or kites, bikes, diving equipment.

What to put in your request

The more precise the programme, the easier it is to find the right vehicle:

exact number of people, including children and babies, with their ages;

luggage per person and any bulky gear;

times, pick-up and drop-off addresses, stops;

whether the group must travel together or can be split across several vehicles;

one way, return or several days of service;

preferred language.

In high season (December to April, according to the official tourism website), contact us early: for a group, availability is confirmed vehicle by vehicle.

Per vehicle or per person?

For a group, the price unit changes everything. A per-vehicle price is shared between the passengers; a per-person price is multiplied by their number. We never present a per-person price as a per-vehicle one, and every published fare carries its date. We know of no published group fares in Las Terrenas: the price is on request, vehicle by vehicle.

Tolls and vehicle size

Tolls depend on the vehicle category. The Fideicomiso RD Vial defines category 1 as two-axle vehicles and category 2 as two-axle vehicles with dual rear wheels. At the Guaraguao station, for example, it publishes RD$200 for category 1 and RD$300 for category 2 (checked on 4 October 2026; rates may change). A minibus may therefore pay more than a car, so ask whether tolls are included.

Children and safety

According to INTRANT, Law 63-17 requires children up to 12 to ride in the back, in a child seat or on a booster depending on their age. Tell us how many children are travelling and their ages so the carrier can plan seats, if it has them. Every passenger needs their own seat.

Get the programme, price and inclusions confirmed in writing.

Never pay in advance to someone you do not know.

Check that the vehicles are the ones announced.

In an emergency, call 911.

How it works

Send a request with your programme. Our team, which is not a carrier, asks the carriers that could be a good fit and replies on WhatsApp; your request is only shared with them if you agree.
